basically the no link rule is completely retarded and useless and to "make up" for it they created a lounge within the NGRT to "allow links" and "more mature topics"
in the end they realized the NGRT became a pointless house for forum games so they got rid of it and kept the "lounge" which is now known as the "NGRT" |
