One of the main goals of the GDT is to help struggling servers. We don't need to completely develop their servers, but I think the 'slave laborer' thing might get thrown around a little too easily.

Yeah, that's why I think it would be better to have a set structure for doing this, in the leadership of the GDT. Soala or (preferably for him I'm sure) a group of GDT's decide what work is worth the GDT's time and it either gets handed off as assignments or GDT's can choose at will what to do from that list.
