To the one that gave me bad rep, and didn't care to leave there name for this post stating that a reflect cloak wouldn't be Op'd because you'd lose Comp or dex cloak.
You're ignorant, do you know how many people do
not need the extra amount of ac, or dex? Compare that to a sanctuary-like cloak.
