It was a toss-up between removing Los Carteles or Blazian Bandits, and we decided that BB was much more intwined in Era's past and that Los Carteles should be removed instead. I think most people would agree with this.
As for leaders, Ramsfan, from what I understand, hasn't been very active lately and LC has been inactive as a whole. |
