Another gang question: Sales' system was originally going to allow anyone to create a gang and grant certain privileges (e.g. gang guns) to certain gangs based on their relation to other gangs on the server (points, whatever). I like this idea but would like to hear what others think in regards to a static (staff-controlled gangs like now) versus dynamic (anyone can create one, like parties) number of gangs.
