I've never been a fan of those events. Things shouldn't be hosted in secluded levels if they don't need to be. And CTF is one event that would be cool to have it hosted on the GMAP.

The flags are basically the only thing you need for the event.
Turn them into classes, spawn them at basically any two points on the gmap and then tag up a few players for each team.

One flag on each end of the bridge to SR.
A flag on the top and bottom floor of CE (assuming its still PK).
One in the junkyard, one in Chrisz's mansion.
One flag in BH base, one in BB base, etc.

If you started adding event specific levels to the GMAP then the GMAP would probably be a lot more interesting for general play (eg. the outbreak buildings).
