I think an affiliate scheme whereby 5-10% is given would be good. However, you then get the issue that who exactly gets the money. The manager? The developer? What if there are multiple developers? how can we tell who did what?
In principle, it's a good idea. How to distribute the funds/rewards would be harder. |
