who's gonna have time to randomly apply those scrolls? and no sancturary doesn't block most of the spells.. like i said targeting spells it doesn't block, bolts get through for a second or two enough to do damage and cancel ur cast and spells like ice storm have a 50/50 chance, wall of thorns is useless pvp and curse is a good defensive. and insect plague if fixed would be.. ok.. and yeah weapons with THOSE elements.. but it doesn't do anything against the +100 dam of a prepped weapon lol |
