Perhaps- mind explaining? I've tested my damage with 30 30 power / wis, and with 21 / 20 power and wis, and its not a difference, period. Yeah, i can cast 50 more large bullets, sure i can cast ice storm 10 more times, but is that going to help me in the long run when i have 3 Dustarians stabbing swords into my gut?
