Hertz would be pretty useless in this case. Using 50% of a CPU doesn't mean you are using half of its hertz. The statement "using hertz" makes no sense at all when taking into consideration that hertz is a frequency measurement.
If it could be measured, the number of operations would be a decent measurement. Another decent measurement would be the amount of time spent in a weapon over a given time interval. |
