Scamming is the one thing that confuses me the most, whether I should jail or not. I follow Iracious's rules.

The only way I would see scamming as legal is only and ONLY when a police sees it. Screenshots and the such don't count, you would have to be right there. Plus, who is stupid enough to scam in front of Police? Torankusu did it to try and get me fired for jailing him.
