Stay on subject please? And, GP's can only monitor the server while they are on. So if a rule says no blockade then theres no blockade. Just because a gp is not on does not bend this acception.

By this definition, any and all
KNOWN bugs should be fixed. And its an imperfection since blockading is not allowed and there is no way to destroy directors (only walls) using Earth to Dust.
