Yes, this is an important distinction - the document was intended as a introduction (technically known as a primer) to effective concepts such as market segmentation and consumer behaviour.

If the managers are not all aware of the documentation available on these very helpful subjects they likely cannot take full advantage of it; I was merely introducing the subject.

It's a little disappointing that people would be so eager to dismiss such effective suggestions on the basis that "servers don't have access to purchase information"... it's been said earlier that this method can be used to help refine content production.

The server owners can monitor the statistics of users within their content, such as which monsters they have created die the most, and how they most often die - which weapon is most often used to kill monsters, and from that & the "which is used most often to kill each monster" they can make educated decisions on class systems, player weapons relative to class, and developing new monsters which are more challenging to individual classes.

I invite practitioners of consumer grouping to think outside the box and to "always keep a considerate and observing eye open" for new and improved ways to apply this technique. I think applying this process creatively will ultimately find the best results.

I felt it was important to mention how beneficial a system like that could be to Graal Online... for the coder too
