Week 14 Predictions:

PIT @ CLE
Winner: Steelers
A game against the Browns could not have come at a better time. The Steelers are too good of a team to lose to the Browns, especially after the Raiders came in and gave them a wake-up call.

NO @ ATL
Winner: Saints
By all means, the Saints should win this game seeing as they outclass the Falcons at nearly every position. However, they are also one 23 yard field goal away from getting their first lost to the goddamn Redskins, so you never know who will give them their first loss.

DET @ BAL
Winner: Ravens
I bet noone is more excited about this game more than Joe Flacco. What better way to get out of this sophomore slump than a Lions pass defense. The Browns had more TD passes in their game vs the Lions than they had in the previous 9 games combined. Plus Culpepper is starting.

GB vs CHI
Winner: Packers
Green Bay is 2nd in the NFL in getting interceptions. Jay Cutler leads the NFL in throwing them and he already threw 4 against GB. Needless to say, I don't think this is one game the Bears are looking forward to. Maybe they should ask if they can just keep playing games against the Rams for the rest of the season.

SEA vs HOU
Winner: Texans
The only reason I am giving the Texans the edge is because they are playing at home and they can still get back in the AFC wild card discussion provided the Ravens and Steelers continue to play like the .500 teams they are and the Jaguars get eaten alive by their remaining schedule. The Seahawks don't really have much to play for anymore, they look to be out of the NFC wildcard discussion, GB looks to have one spot secured and whoever loses the NFC east will have the other.

DEN vs IND
Winner: Colts
I like the Colts at home. Denver will keep things close and will be in position to hand Indy its first loss to the end. I expect Peyton to show why he is a front-runner for MVP though.

MIA @ JAC
Winner: Jaguars
I must seem crazy, the Dolphins are all the rage after upsetting the Patriots, their rushing attack is among the best in the league! You know what's sad though? The Jaguars are 7-5 team and went to the divisional playoffs 2 seasons ago, yet they still can't sell out any of their games.

BUF @ KC
Winner: Bills
A garbage game featuring garbage teams with nothing to play for anymore. Who cares?

CIN @ MIN
Winner: Bengals
Remember when Favre was brought in and everyone was concerned that he would fade at the end of the season? Well, it makes sense that he could show signs of it like he did against the Cards. He has 35 passing attempts per game, has the 9th most pass attempts in the NFL, and has the track record as of late to decline at the end of the season. You know what doesn't make sense? Having him pass all the time when you have one of the best running backs in the NFL. This whole team looked lost last week in every aspect, I don't think they can completely find themselves again in a week against a team better than the one that beat them last week.

CAR @ NE
Winner: Patriots
Things aren't looking good for the Pats lately. They have been making a lot of mistakes lately, something they are known not to do. More importantly, the Patriots pass D has been exposed as the huge weak point. It is one thing when future HoF QBs like Drew Brees and Peyton Manning tear apart your secondary, but when Chad Henne carves it up for 335 yards and two TDs...
Fortunately, they play the Panthers this week, they couldn't carve up the secondary of a college team.

NYJ @ TB
Winner: Jets
The Jets have a much better supporting cast around their rookie QB than the Bucs have around theirs. Sadly this looks like another nightmare learning experience for Josh Freeman against a tough Jets defense.

STL @ TEN
Winner: Titans
Two teams with top 3 RBs in Steven Jackson and Chris Johnson clash in a game that will be fought on the ground. Unfortunately for the Rams, you can't win very many games with 1 good player.

WAS @ OAK
Winner: Raiders
The battle of the only two bad teams that good teams don't want to play. The Raiders do amazingly well at home where great teams like the Bengals and Eagles have fallen. Only took half a season for the Raiders to figure out that getting rid of JaMarcus Russel would make them significantly less terrible of a team. They should be able to handle the Redskins at home here.

SD @ DAL
Winner: Chargers
Hard to see the Cowboys, let alone anyone, beat this red hot Chargers team.

PHI @ NYG
Winner: Eagles
I am trying to think of something to say here but nothing is coming.

ARI @ SF
Winner: Cardinals
This doesn't look like the game where the Niners rediscover the running game that used to be the strength of their offense. The Cardinals already displayed their ability to force teams to air it out against them, holding the great Adrian Peterson to an embarrassing 19 yards rushing on 11 carries.
