You can't just draw rubbish and call it art - even some of the most controversial visual pieces of our century have strong abstract concepts behind them.
It's supposed to be a baton, but it's unbalanced and, as a result, looks like nonsense - making sloppy excuses won't fix it. I detest that style of weapon design - it's purely aesthetical, and poorly aesthetical for some irony; weapons are tools of utility.
