While some staff might indeed ignore people, please do note that most if not all staff members normally have a lot of PM's at the same time even on Graal2001, this might be the reason that they can't answer you, they probably also don't reply to all PM's for the same reason that they get lots of PM's and just don't have the time to reply to all of them. |
