I can't even log on to my account, it says it's the wrong password when i've had the same password for like a year now...went to Graal website to try changing pass. it said it sent new pass to my email, log onto my email...I see nothing from Graal there, been waiting for about 16 mins to maybe receive my new password now, nothings happening. Went back to Graal website to try changing pass again, then it said to try again later....
