I'm not overly familiar with the behaviour of blink on default, so when I get a chance I'll try it out and see if I can match it up with what you're saying. Hopefully we can get this sorted out.
Regarding movement feeling slow, I'd imagine this is because no-one has Lizardon Shields yet, so you just get the basic slow movement speed. I'm sure Thor will allow for it to be bumped temporarily if it allows testing to be done more easily.
The 'Player Killer' tag is actually a throwback to the old days, before AP was brought in.
I'm fairly sure there are problems with what we have right now, but this is exactly why we're asking for feedback. At least we now have a good codebase that allows us to make these changes.
