I'm not worried about them this week, the Falcons have their bye week this week.
As for their performance, their running game imploded with Michael Turner struggling. They faced two weak teams the first 2 weeks, so their 2-1 record is a bit misleading. They have issues on both sides of the ball to work on, but in week 3, once your running game is down for the count, theres no reason to have a TE go out for passes when you commit yourself to the passing game. TE's usually run routes when you have a balanced offense going, since they're blocking for the running plays. It makes for a good formation for a play-action pass or standard passing play from center. Otherwise, if you're going to the air for the most part like the Falcons, its better to throw another WR instead of a TE, since you're not really fooling anyone with your TE formations if you can't run the ball.
