Yeah I thought about that Vick thing late.
McNabb is going to be playing with a broken rib.
They will only have a shot to win if they can get a running game going early
and keep it going and somehow slow down Brees, once the Eagles have to play from behind, its done. McNabb will be forced to pass with that broken rib a ton.
If I were the Eagles I would put in Kolb as soon as McNabb starts flatlining.
One of his qualities is that McNabb has a gun, and every time he fires hard or long, his broken rib will feel that.

Broncos didn't show anything what they should have vs a Bengals D this week. The Browns put up a lot of good plays against a team they were going to lose to anyway, they are out of AP's caliber. I like the Brown's running game to get things going for them early, so they can ease someone like Quinn into a decent run->pass offense. The Browns have some up and coming weapons, you just didn't notice because they were playing an arguably SB capable team. While an upset pick, it would be easier to see the Brown's potential if they started off with someone like STL, where they could have dominated.
Edit: Keep in mind, that Orton and the o-Line didn't have all too fantastic of a game. Run game was mediocre.
Orton had good stats, but you have to keep in mind, a large chunk of yardage of his pass yards were from that game winning throw, where that pass was actually a terrible throw. That could have just have easily been a pick(against a better D, it would have been too), he got lucky when the tip, to all of places, went to another WR who had the awareness to grab it and know it was still live. Orton and team will be too high on the W and making that game winning bomb, to really capitalize on the fact that it was a bad throw that got a ton of luck on it.
