Have you...
  1. Uploaded the GMAP and levels
  2. Used "/updatelevel xxxxx.gmap" in RC
  3. Restarted the NPC-server if it's still not working
  4. Restarted the Gserver if it's STILL not working
?

Also, loadmap is most definitely not the problem.
