A few weeks ago I finished remaking the playerhouse island on AEON.
The levels were pretty outdated, so I thought would give it a more "fresh" & original look.
I wanted to test my ability to mix interesting cliffs/waterfalls to the island,and since I don't often make cliffs; This was really hard for me. I also wanted to try to make it as "correct" as possible.
So this was a challenge for me. I'm pretty pleased with the results ;]
In this level you can see that there are two cliffs merging together, aswell as some waterfalls.
I find that many people who makes cliff levels overdo it.
I wanted the level to be "playable" yet original.
I found a solution to this annoying cliff>watercliff merging,
don't know if it's "correct" but it looks pretty good imo.

I tried to make the houses a more "village" style.
Sort of connecting them to eachothers rather than having them layed out on random places.
