Along with deleting filenamecache and the tileset image, try also deleting \tiledefs\tiledefsEra.txt, restart Graal. I'm sure that's what I did the last time a tileset disappeared on me like that.
Edit: I've actually included a copy of my tiledefsEra.txt if you want to match them up before deleting, just to be sure the references inside yours is or isn't the cause. |
