I think the in-game support center is one of the best additions to Era. I've answered like 50 tickets since it came out, such easier communication because players don't need to wait for admins to sign on. Plus it probably stops a lot of the traffic normally going to Bell and TSA that they probably don't want to deal with ("omggg i got scammed out of lead and ironnnn"). |
