First, grab this machine found on the dropship.
Then when you grab it a screen like this should pop up.
And you'll be able to pick which bases your team owns to spawn at, it should hilight in red if your team owns the base. Click the base you wish to spawn at, and when you enter the iricia portal you will spawn on the base you chose.
