I've never seen anyone with this, so I'm sure it's somewhat rare. Why such crappy stats? If they went out of there way to put the Damage part of it, shouldn't they have much more then that? It should have at least 3 damage. And possibly a little more fire resistance?

they were free easter belts i have black belt of weapons orange belt of speed and blue belt of armour to, something along those lines
