I myself dither my work when I come to have a plain surface, or just some depth I need to show this way, but never with a balloon...gawd.
Balloon # Hot air balloon !
Look at the 1st hot air balloon you posted, the animated one
It's not dithered entirely
Also I believe the dither on the 2nd one (big blue one) is only to show the depth in it + because of the light source. |
