Yeah, it takes roughly 10 seconds to recover, 15 plat for the scroll, and a writing pen to write a restoration. Good that this insane effort is rewarded with a scrolls, that completely heals the HP bar, and removes any poison or desease the character suffers under.

I'd name a complete heal to anything, even the effects of blinding, immunity. You might want to call it as you like.
