They still cost a substantial amount of grace to write. They don't just magically pop out from nowhere.
Also, no dust, potion, or scroll to my knowledge gives total immunity to anything. And if such a thing does exist, it probably costs a lot to make or buy. (Such as some of the resistance potions you can get in shops.)
