I beg to differ. It's usage is almost limitless.
Most notably, it gives an opportunity for players to get involved with the server at their convenience. 600 posts in one night is a great start. If you funnel that into an opinionated topic about future development plans, it could become a powerful tool.
It also functions as a way of conveying news without the hassle of NPC-Server PMs and what not. It really is neat, and a convenient tool for players to use!
