You could possibly mine, which is a slow way of money, but every 3 iron can be sold for a diamond to some people, (Craigus i heard.). A good way is to make around 20 diamonds and buy Destruction Scrolls (107) from higher level players, then go to Haunted House west, and the final room. Then where it says "Monsters left" use two Destruction Scrolls.

Theyll die, then you finish up the stragglers. Once they all die, 5 piles of either gems, or armor will pop up. You can make quite a bit of money doing this.

And for your leveling situation, when you have enough money you can buy +12 gear, and then go Lording. You've probably seen the random lords lurking around Main.gmap, so just go kill them. Youll get 50-100k experience per kill, and they die pretty fast with a highly blessed weapon from Govannon.
