@ Wil and Sam : You are missing my point. In the initial post, the creator of this thread stated that it is the corrupt attribute that each staff member carries that is the cause of Era's decline and overall implode of the server. Although this is a problem, I am sure (actually, positive) that it has little to do with the overall downward spiral that Era is currently following. The core problem as to why Era is on the decline has to do with the developmental staff, but not the staff team as a whole; a regular GP, or a regular ET have nothing to do with why Era is imploding.
