There are predefined tiles for those corners. You should upload the level as well, it'd be easier to help fix up some minor/major mistakes.
I think one of the major problems is you changed the border tile for the walls to those box tiles, and the shelves and such weren't made for that. You can either remedy this by changing the tiles back to normal or use NPC shelves rather than tiles.
