One fascinating point that everyone's brought up in this thread is that my system leads to corruption, as if the other system doesn't.
Any time you're drawing staff members from a player-base (ESPECIALLY one as vulgar, immature, and depraved as Era's), you're going to get corruption.
Ironically, the system in place now gives them more power than they'd have with mine. |
