The "all level 0 starter deck" was put in place, according to DC, so that people couldn't grab all the good cards (lvl 1 and 2 most likely) from a "decent starter deck" and transfer them all to one account.
Obviously there would be some ways to minimize this, but I doubt we could completely kill it without making it impossible to trade/transfer cards, which would be a bummer. |
