Awarding the points to the winner is just as bad as school funding for No Child Left Behind. Give extra money to the schools that are preforming well so that they continue to preform well... Ah DURRR.

Card EXP that is separate and you win(or lose) based on how close a game was with a person of a similar or higher level than you would solve this problem. Not sure what card EXP could be used for--
