I don't really think this deck rating will solve any problems. I HONESTLY don't care about my win to lose ratio, therefore, instead of me beating newish players, I will let them beat me and maybe make a compromise with them in trying to give me some points out of the deal as well.

At least that is what I would HONESTLY do, since I doubt if a deck rating system is implemented I would be able to get points otherwise. I mean, yes, I try to battle people, however, it seems to me only a limited percentage of the server will even play me.
