If you're unsure of the dimensions you can work within here's what I recommend.


Make your bow, but also make a white and black checker pattern as the entire background.

Take the art of a pre-existing bow...lets say an ebony bow. Find the graphic in the /levels/images/ folder, and replace that image with what you did (make sure you don't have the graphic equipped on screen within the game client while your saving over it) Go to graal and equip the bow, and walk around in the various poses that use the bow's frames. Take screenshots, and pull those screenshots into your graphics program. If you zoom in you can see how many pixels you can go over.
