People get as many chances as they earn. Like I said before, every person has 8 chances to pm in. Tats simply got into 4. Why shouldn't he be able to? He pmed in first or second. Thus he gets to spar. Pretty simple.

Your entire argument is founded on false grounds. Tats didn't get four chances. He had eight. He simply got into four spars first. Everyone has the same amount of chances to get into our tournament, just like teams in college basketball get the same amount of chances to get into their tournament. No matter what server you are from, no matter how fast you pm, no matter if you know the spar locations or not, the opportunity to get into at least eight spars is open to everyone. The fact that tats got into four matches isn't his fault. It's the fault of the people who didn't pm or get to a location faster. Get that through your head. You clearly shouldn't be in the tournament if you can't get into a damn qualifier.
