It'd be very cool as a tileset, but you'd need extremely talented levelers, or even the graphic artist to make the levels (to avoid all kinds of tile errors that most would not catch). I don't think it would take a ton of work to take some of those objects and put them on a grid. The trees would take some work to tile I'm sure, and so would the grass.
