There are a few threads about this, yes, but the bottom line is: It's not your ISP. It happens when you idle. Your NC isn't sending/receiving information to/from the NPC-Server. Stefan said somewhere he would likely add regular pings to be sent between you and the server to keep them connected in the next version, or something along those lines.
