I believe once a item is given away it shouldn't be taken back as simple as that and since you guys think real life should have a aspect in Era, think about this if you gave a candy bar to someone and they ate it then you said they scammed you of it how well would this hold up in court? (.. Lol this was a dumb example since a candy bar being stolen wouldn't even be worth a court hearing but you guys should get the gist of it)
