10-15 minutes on zone is short jesse. I don't know what other events you host that take less time then that but I've hosted events that were longer then that on zone. Points version doesn't take a long time. you predetermine how many points for 1st, 2nd, 3rd then host the races and record the results.
I could see it taking longer in case of a tie in the points but otherwise the races are pretty short (I should know i've hosted tons).
Whatever Jesse you think you know everything then whatever. I'm done talking to you. You seem to think that I lack any of my own opinions or know what I'm talking about when it comes to hosting.
I would like to remind you that I hosted on both gold servers so I think I have pretty good insight on stuff. Anyways am done with you and will answer only other people.
