I could be wrong, because I don't keep count of every player who has logged on within the past few months, but these are players whom I rarely see (if at all).

Some of the people you listed are actually active such as Kill, Amber, Israfel_I, demisis_p2p, and spikedude. There could be a few more, but these are people I see usually. However, I don't think you could just remove someones house. When a player bought a house they bought it in the pretense of them knowing they couldn't lose the house. However, if a tax system is placed you can make it so whoever doesn't play the weekly tax or so loses there house.
