The idea is new and much better then Jenns, although perhaps the lots of land could be made into buildings of island bases, mansions etc. You could create more buildings on the over world giving Era more of a Urban feel and by remodeling or removing existing buildings then recreating them to better fit a gang base, you would solve the problem of Era's useless buildings.
