Use /npcshutdown
Just open your rights and add;
NPC Code:
rw weapons/*
rw scripts/*
rw npcs/*
Then load your file browser and delete all files in those folders (do not delete npcControl-NPC.txt).
Afterwards use /npcstart and eventually restart your RC.
