It's not about sympathy, it's about the rules. Like I said, normally I'd agree, but given how strictly they enforce the rules because they take them so seriously word by word, I don't have any sympathy when someone is a jerk because it's not against the rules. They can't sit and say they have to follow the rules strictly, and then completely ignore the rules and delete what they want because they don't like it.
