Aye, I can imagine with the environment Graal has with the staff being made up entirely of players. I guess that is one of the biggest faults Graal has, because it is unclear what most people's intentions really are when they apply for positions. You have some people who just enjoy developing content with no intentions of becoming a player and others who use staff jobs as a position of power. I think developers that don't get involved in player politics (yet take into consideration how the players feel about content) are the best kind of staff you can have and this is how most other games function.
