I'm more referring to trusting them with developing the server than whether or not they'll be corrupt...I guess "trust" wasn't the right word to use.

It can be hard to keep developers who don't play the server interested in developing though.

SO true...it usually pisses people off when you take away rights they don't need too, so it's a good way to find out who's there for "power" and who's actually there to help.
