I think it was a good and bad investment. Era has become pretty dull in-terms of guns and stuff of that nature, so buying a business is probably exciting and refreshing for most. However, the price on most items *seem* to be generally declining, so it could take a large amount of time to receive just a portion of what he paid for it. From my standpoint, it was a great buy. Why? Some houses sell for that much, if not more.
